Availability

  • Turnkey (Prefab Modular) and Prebuilt Modular Shells - Available in the lower 48 states

  • Cabin Kits – Available in all 50 states and Canada

Cabins are delivered in sections and professionally set on your crawlspace or basement foundation.

Typical build time: 5–6 months from order to delivery (varies by model, location, and code requirements)

Perfect for customers who want to finish the interior themselves.
Includes exterior structure, roof system, windows, and doors as well as your interior framing  where your rooms will be— ready for your foundation.
