Prefab (turnkey) builds are available in the lower 48 states only.
Cabin kits are available in all 50 states and Canada.

Each cabin is delivered in sections and professionally set on a crawlspace or basement foundation.

Typical turnaround time: 5–6 months from order to delivery, depending on model, location, and code requirements.


What “Turnkey” Means to Us

Turnkey includes everything inside the four exterior walls of the cabin.

We handle:

  • Amish-built modular cabin construction

  • Engineered plans

  • Transportation to site

  • Crane rental & setting the cabin on the foundation

  • Professional installation and assembly

Priced separately (not included in turnkey):

  • Code modifications (snow load, wind rating, insulation/R-value upgrades)

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Foundation (crawlspace or basement)

  • Land preparation & site access

  • Electric at the road

  • Water line or well

  • Septic system

  • All local permits and inspections
