4. Deposits and Payments
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure materials, labor, and production scheduling with our Amish builders.
Full or partial payment may be required prior to production, shipment, or delivery. Failure to make required payments may result in delays or cancellation without refund of deposits.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations are only permitted before production begins and are subject to approval. Once production has started or materials have been ordered, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Shipping and Delivery
AmishBuiltCabins.com ships cabins and kits nationwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, site conditions, permitting issues, or events beyond our control.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been scheduled or dispatched.

8. Inspection and Damage Claims
Customers must inspect all delivered materials immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void claims.
9. No Returns After Installation
Once a cabin, kit, or structure has been installed, assembled, altered, or modified, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, images, logos, text, and materials are the property of AmishBuiltCabins.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
