We’re excited to now offer fully turnkey cabin and home builds within a 250-mile radius of Scottsburg, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky.
Depending on the model you choose, pricing ranges from $115–$130 per square foot for everything above the slab, delivering a true move-in-ready home without the typical construction headaches.
