Multiple Amish Factories Across 8 States
Amish Built Cabins partners with a network of highly skilled Amish builders across 8 different states. Each Amish community specializes in different styles and product lines, including modular homes, modular cabins, prefab homes, prefab cabins, park model RVs, steel house kits, barndominiums, and custom homes.
Because every builder specializes in different models, your factory tour will be scheduled with the specific Amish community that builds the home you're interested in purchasing. This allows you to meet the actual craftsmen who may build your home and see the exact construction methods used for your model.
Since each factory operates independently and is located in a different region, every tour must be coordinated in advance based on the builder, location, and production schedule.
How Do I Schedule an Amish Factory Tour?
Our Amish Factory Tours are reserved for customers who are seriously considering purchasing a home.
To schedule your private tour, we require a fully refundable $10,000 Reservation Deposit.
This is not a fee to tour the factory.
Your reservation deposit demonstrates your serious intent to move forward if everything meets your expectations. It also allows us to coordinate your visit with the appropriate Amish builders and reserve their valuable time specifically for your project.
Once your reservation deposit has been received, our team will coordinate your private factory visit with the Amish community that builds your selected home.
Is My $10,000 Reservation Deposit Refundable?
Yes.
If, after your Amish Factory Tour, you decide not to move forward with your purchase, your entire $10,000 Reservation Deposit is fully refundable.
We never want anyone to feel pressured into buying a home. Our goal is simply to provide serious buyers with the opportunity to experience our craftsmanship firsthand before making one of the largest investments of their lives.
Why Do We Require a Reservation Deposit?
Our Amish builders spend their days building homes—not conducting tours.
Each factory visit requires coordination with the appropriate Amish community, careful scheduling around active production, and dedicated time from the builders themselves.
Because of the overwhelming interest in our homes, we've found that requiring a fully refundable reservation deposit allows us to focus our builders' time on customers who are genuinely prepared to move forward if everything is the right fit.
This ensures every customer receives a personalized, one-on-one experience while allowing our builders to remain focused on delivering exceptional homes.
